Leadership and Performance Management (L&PM)

Building a culture of continuous improvement through effective management systems, key performance indicators, team behaviours and striking a balance between strategic, tactical and transactional activities at all levels of the organization.

Operational performance is driven by people working together to use data to identify and prioritize appropriate actions then execute them. This means having the right people, in the right meetings, analyzing the right metrics to identify trends and gaps so that actions can be taken to improve performance.

What it means to "Achieve Excellence":

Achieving excellence in L&PM means identifying the core set of meetings needed to drive performance, ensuring the right metrics align from top-to-bottom (to give everyone a clear "line of sight" to how they can contribute to overall success), and being clear on the vital few team behaviours that need to be exhibited at all levels of the organization to continually challenge the organization to improve upon the status quo.
