Arun leads Evolve’s Canadian business. During his childhood, Evolve Partner Arun Jeyachandran and his family spent several years living in a Volkswagen minibus while travelling all throughout North and South America. The wide-ranging experiences he enjoyed in these formative years have been echoed during his professional career, during which he has held a wide range of roles in multiple industries.

Arun has led major change programs in shale gas development execution readiness, oil sands operational excellence and nuclear power capital projects each delivering significant results for his clients. Arun specializes in executive coaching and implementation of management systems that enable his clients to develop new capabilities and lead their organizations to levels that once seemed impossible. His boundless enthusiasm for continuous improvement and learning is reflected in his favorite quote, from Albert Einstein: "Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning."

Arun has held a number of executive operational and consulting roles prior to joining Evolve in April 2011. He served as an independent consultant with Steveston Management Consultants, Vice President and General Manager at Seaspan Vancouver Shipyards, Management Consultant with RLG International, Operations Manager and Senior Project Engineer at Metro Vancouver, and Project Engineer at AECOM. He holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University and a BSc. in Engineering from the University of Calgary. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer.

To this day, Arun continues to enjoy travelling to new places to explore and experience different cultures. He likes to stay active by running, skiing, hiking, camping and adventure travelling.
