Evolve VP Darius Ostrowski thrives on consulting work because it allows him to collaborate with interesting people to help overcome client challenges ranging from start-up efforts to global improvement programs. His steady, confident leadership style is perhaps best summed up by his motto, “Keep calm and carry on.” Since joining Evolve Partners in 2010, Darius has led several of the firm’s major implementation efforts with a number of notable accounts. Darius leads Evolve’s Foundation practice. Foundation is the critical first step in Evolve’s change methodology that includes Leadership Engagement, Organizational Engagement and Program Design. It is in this phase that the business aligns around the vision and goals for the change effort and architecture for the change program to deliver it.

Before coming to Evolve, Darius worked in a range of consulting roles for several firms; he started his career as a Project Engineer at the Inland Steel Company. His accomplishments include the building of a joint venture facility with a Japanese partner and several years spent improving efficiency and reducing costs in automotive stamping plants. He has also managed improvement programs in a variety of industries, from missile production facilities to slaughterhouses and everything in between.

The proud son of Polish immigrants, Darius is fluent in the Polish language and has been active in the Polish community and culture his entire life. A voracious reader who owns thousands of books, he holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University. Darius enjoys cooking, travel and spending time with his wife and daughter.
