Operations Excellence Consultant
(US and Canada)

We are looking for professionals with five or more years of management consulting experience. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of helping major organizations implement complex change programs that have delivered significant improvements in business results – results that can be directly attributed to the bottom line.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of external management consulting experience supporting operations improvement or transformational change implementation efforts with clients in heavy industry

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution

Ideal candidates will also have extensive demonstrable experience in several of the following areas:

  • Operational Excellence and/or Lean Six Sigma

  • Energy, chemical or heavy industry

  • Leadership and Coaching

  • Change Management and Implementation

Candidates will need to have prior authorization to work in Canada or the US. They will also need to be able to travel extensively and be comfortable living and working in both camp and office environments.
