Perry brings to the Evolve Partners Advisory Board 36 years of experience in technical, operational and business leadership. During his 20 years with ConocoPhillips, Perry held various operational, asset management & functional leadership positions with business unit and global responsibility for engineering, technology, talent management, operational excellence and continuous improvement. Roles included SVP Oil Sands BU, VP Global Production Excellence, VP Operations Oil Sands, and Manager Global Operations Excellence.

Perry considers himself to be a forever student of improvement. His strength has been transforming teams and cultures, while developing and implementing structures and strategies that support high performance. "Athletes know what its like to hit a wall. Leading and training business teams to think beyond the wall unlocks solutions today and ensures they are aligned with a courageous plan for the future."

Perry graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Technology program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
