Seth Tyler
Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Seth has broad responsibility for oversight of all aspects of day-to-day operations, including program delivery, business development, marketing, finance and human resources. Seth began his career in Evolve as a Client Partner, working on site with clients to help them implement major change in their business. He played a significant role in helping to establish and build Evolve's North American business. 

Prior to coming to Evolve, Seth was an independent consultant in Trinidad & Tobago and prior to that a manager with a specialist consulting firm in Washington, DC. Seth likes to say that he learned much of what he knows about change from his early post-collegiate experience as a Volunteer in the US Peace Corps in West Africa. Seth holds a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University and a Bachelor's degree from Tufts University. 

Raised in Vermont, Seth was introduced to Trinidad & Tobago by his wife where they lived and raised their kids for eight years. Seth now resides in the Houston area with his wife and children. His weekends are largely dedicated to spending time with his family and supporting his children in their various sporting endeavors.
